The job duties require the worker to perform duties that that involve food preparation other than cooking. Food preparation includes, but is not limited to, preparing food ingredients for use in cooking. This involves work duties such as cutting, slicing, and trimming meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables; mixing and combining ingredients for use in salads; preparing condiments and brewing coffee or tea. Other work duties also include responsibility for proper storing of food, monitoring food temperature, cleaning and sanitizing work areas. The job duties also include serving food and beverages.

Perform duties which combine both food preparation of American and Mexican dishes and food service; serving food and beverages.

Special Requirements

Able to lift/carry 50 pounds when necessary.
