Responsible for setting up, cleaning and sanitizing workstation

Responsible for checking quality of ingredients and inventory of items used at workstation

Responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking: soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant.

Special Requirements

Six months of successful culinary experience in fine dining or high volume environment at high-end resort, restaurant or private club. May substitute other experience for suitable candidate.
