Job description
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, apply pinestraw/ mulch. Load/ unload/ move trees/shrubs /landscape materials; remove debris. Entry level; requires supervision.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. 4-10 hr days/wk. 40 hr/wk 6:30 AM-5:30 PM, Mon-Thur. Fri & Sat work req'd, when nec. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire at random, upon suspicion of use, and post-accident. Post-hire employment eligibility (e-Verify) check required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
