Job description
Assisting HR/ Recruiting in the hiring process such as monitoring job applications, interviews, and employee scheduling, specifically: Assist Recruiters in organizing of job fairs, source candidates and updating MPM HR database, and use system to process hired applicants and returning employees .Assist with employee scheduling ,confirmation of availability, and monitor availability change requests
Assisting HR departments with routine administrative assignments, such as: printing and assembly of employment-related printed materials, assist with employee events organization.
Receiving , screening and routing incoming calls. Providing callers with general information, as well as assisting both employees and clients through issues and or questions. Assist with routine office adminstartive tasks and maintain the front office area in orderly manner.
Possible weekend work
Special Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette. Customer service driven.
Familiar with MS Office software, ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.
18 years or older .
Prior experience as lifeguard required
