Job description

Workers will perform a combination of the following duties to maintain grounds/turf of golf course in playing condition: grade new turf area; apply lime or fertilizer; mow rough and fairway areas; cut turf; assist with sprinkler head system, lay sod, dig and rake ground; grade and clean traps; repair roadbeds; may plant and trim trees and shrubs; use hand tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, weed-eaters, backpack blowers, golf maintenance carts, rakes and shovels).

WORK SCHEDLE CONTINUED: Minimum 35 hours per week guaranteed. Shifts are scheduled from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday – Sunday. Scheduled hours and shifts may vary based on need. Days off will vary based on need.

ADDITIONAL WAGE INFORMATION: Overtime may be available but not guaranteed. Employer may increase wage based on experience and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenured. Additional fringe benefits include one complimentary meal provided per day for everyday associate is on shift more than 5 hours, free of charge to the associate.

Special Requirements

Three months of Groundskeeping experience required; must be able to lift at least 50 pounds; must pass employer-paid background check.
