Dishwasher

Job description

Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwashers or by hands. Properly store and sanitize all clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Sort and remove trash and recyclables, placing it is designated pickup areas. Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, coolers, and storage areas. Maintain all kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean, organized and orderly manner.

Normal Workdays: Monday through Sunday – 7 days a week. Business Operations: 7 days a week – 24 hour business operation needs. Work week begins Monday, ends Sunday; 8 hrs/day.; Normal shift time required of workers include: 8:00am to 5:00 pm; 9am – 6:00pm; 10:00am to 7:00pm; 11:00am to 8:00pm; 12 pm - 10 pm; 3 pm - 11 pm; 11 pm - 7 am – Holidays and weekends included. Workers will work 35 at least hours per week and will work weekends, spilt, and rotate shifts.

Special Requirements

Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and flex arms, walk up and down stairs/inclines, sit, climb up/down ladders, or stand for up to 5 hours at a time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from ground level to and carries a distance of up to 100 feet with/ without assistance. Must be able to walk up to 5 miles per day. Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language and communicate in a clear and congenial manner, with our guests, visitors, and employees. Must be able to hear verbal instructions, directions, and warnings.
