Job description

Crops: Soybeans, Grains, Corn, Sorghum, Barley, and Flax.
Assist with custom harvest operations. Drive and control equipment to support agricultural activities such as tilling soil; planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Operate a variety of machinery, i.e. combines, grain carts, etc. Service and clean machinery, and make in-field repairs. Drive produce from field and bin to elevator or storage area via semi-truck. Haul harvesting machinery between job sites with semi-truck.
All CDL drivers will be able to return to their residence or employer-provided housing within the same work day unless driving between worksites incidental to the custom-combine operations conducted by Employer.

The employer will provide long range two- way business band radios available to all employees in all operational vehicles/equipment. These devices will be provided without charge or deposit charge to at least one worker per crew during the entire period of employment.

Special Requirements

3 months experience Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Driving (manual transmission/shifting).
All new employees are subject to a post-hire, employer-paid drug test. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid random drug testing in accordance with state law. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid upon-suspicion drug testing. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid post-accident drug testing. Any employee who declines to take or fails this drug test will be terminated and paid for all hours worked, if any.

All candidates must be able to communicate in English to ensure safety at the workplace.
