Job description
Ensure that the cleanliness of the entire pool facility is up to the standards. Inspect water quality parameters of the swimming pools, spas, and other aquatic facilities and adjust as needed. Monitor and operate the pool filtration system and report to the service manager if any work is needed. Check completed work by cleaning crews and perform additional work if needed to ensure contract obligations are met. Document the work completed by taking photos and filling out reports. Speak with customers to ensure satisfaction. Assist with opening pools at the beginning of the season and closing them at the end of the season. Inform customers of the condition of the pool at closing and any services needed prior to the next season. Other tasks include: Vacuuming, brushing, empty skimmer baskets, clean debris out of the water, clean pool tiles, straighten deck, chairs, tables, etc. May drive company vehicle.
Special Requirements
Must demonstrate ability to swim. Must be able to obtain a driver license upon hire. Exposure to chemicals should be expected. Employees will be appropriately protected and trained. Employer will provide personal protective equipment. Upon arrival, employer will train and certify employees in Certified Pool Operating training before they will work on jobs involving chemicals.
F.a.5 A-H. (continued): 8-hour workday.7am - 4pm, Monday Friday. OT needed and varies. Some Saturdays required.
