Job description
Attend to customers upon entrance; Seat guests, present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages; Take and serve orders; Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products; Issue bills and accept payment; Mix, Pour, and serve beverages, including alcoholic beverages; Ensure all orders are correct before serving to guest; Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order; Clearing tables after guests have depart; Stock bar items, roll silverware, stock any other necessary items to be ready for serve; Sweep, Mop, and closing checklists.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business but will generally be 6 days per week with rotating days off. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Approximately 40 hours per week with some overtime. The business is open 7 days per week and weekend and holiday work is required.
