Job description
Mow, cut, water, and edge lawns; rake and blow leaves; dig holes for bushes and planting; pull/chop weeds; prune/haul topsoil and mulch. Entry level.
Special Requirements
Saturday work required, when necessary. Hours may vary and overtime required based on weather and project need. Workers must be able to lift and carry weights of up to 50 lbs. when necessary, such as with mulch, fertilizer, or other materials. They should have the capability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials needed to complete their assigned tasks. The employer will rely on workers' self-representations and observations to assess whether they meet this requirement.
The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). On-the-job training will not be provided. Drug testing and post-hire background check may be required after hire but before the commencement of employment at the employers expense for all workers, both U.S./domestic and H-2B workers. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the company's sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill, or tenure.
Travel to Brightview offices and worksite locations in Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Bucks, Pike, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Carbon Counties of Pennsylvania.
