DESCRIPTION
Responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments; prepares and packages food and drink products; responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times including dining room, restroom & exterior; maintains health and safety standards in work areas; unloads and stocks inventory items as needed; prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts; and follows uniform and grooming standards and policies. Shifts of 8 hours:
5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., or 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Shift times / lengths and days of week may vary. Business is open 7 days a week.

Special Requirements

Must be able to communicate in English. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

***Note re worksites/places of employment. Work will be performed at the following Burger King locations in Northern Michigan: W 338 US HWY 2 W, ST. IGNACE, MI 49781; 920 CHARLEVOIX AVENUE, PETOSKEY, MI 49770; and
832 WEST MAIN STREET, GAYLORD, MI 49735.

Please note that in 2023 we obtained Registration No. H2B-REG-00007138 through our application to employ 32 Crew Members at four worksites (8 per site). We will not be employing H-2B workers at 4011 Club Road, Indian River, MI 49749 in 2025 and have reduced the number of workers we are now seeking proportionately.

Additional note re F.b.10 Wage Information: Our Prevailing Wage Determination indicated three different wage levels with the highest being $13.57 per hour. We understand our obligation to pay at least this amount, but the system automatically entered $13.49 and will not let us indicate $13.57.
