Job description
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, mulching, weeding, raking, gardening, edging, leaf removal; assisting with installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, to include backfilling soil with hand shovels, grading; installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units; installing rock gardens; decorating garden with stones; debris cleanup as part of installation or service process. Load/unload equipment; clean and maintain equipment/tools when not in use and ensure proper storage at the end of day.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs for 25 yards. Must be able to handle temperature extremes. Some weekend work may be required.
