Job description
Duties include taking food and beverage orders, answering questions about the menu, carrying food and drinks to the dining room and service areas, serving food to patrons, preparing and serving alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages, preparing checks and taking payments from customers, removing dirty dishes and cleaning tables, setting up and breaking down dining/serving areas, monitoring inventory of dining/service area items and restocking when necessary, with other related duties, including greeting/seating guests, providing menus, assigning guests to tables, responding to guest requests, and handling calls/reservations.
Special Requirements
Note regarding F.a.5A-H, F.a.6a.-6b.: A typical work week consists of 35 hours per week or more. (Note: The total number of 56 hours per week indicated above is misleading, due to the entry of 8 hours for each day of the week into the form, which is necessary because, with shifts typically lasting up to 8 hours, and variations on days off, workers may end up working on any day of the week and there is no specific day when a worker is guaranteed not to work. This position is for 35 or more (35+) hours per week as indicated in the job order). Shifts available /assigned: Monday-Sunday (2-3 days off, varies), shifts start as early as 7:00 a.m. to as late as 11:59 p.m. (multiple shifts available, varies).
