Job description
Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms and common areas. Ensure all towels, linens and guest supplies (soaps, toiletries) are replenished. Check rooms for maintenance needs and report any damages or missing items. Refill housekeeping carts with linens, amenities and cleaning products. Respond to guest requests for extra amenities or room servicing in a friendly manner. Respect guest privacy while ensuring rooms are cleaned to a high standard.
Special Requirements
Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning instructions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Friendly and professional attitude toward guests and team members. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts. Ability to lift up to 20 kg and handle physical tasks like bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.
