Front Of House Workers

Job description

Greet customers in a pleasant and welcoming manner. Seat customers, provide menus and notify server that you seated customers. Take orders and serve food and beverage to customers in a pleasant and courteous manner. Prepare drinks according to specific recipes and guidelines. Maintain a clean personal appearance including clean uniform and personal hygiene. Inform customers of specials available. Prepare checks, collect payment, and give receipts to customers. Maintain clean tables, clear and clean when customers depart. Patrol assigned tables to provide any additional items customers need. Keep the manager informed of any potential problems. Perform opening and closing checklist duties. Assist with other cleaning duties as needed or when directed. Clean up stations completely at the end of shift. Additional side work as assigned.

Work shifts of 10:00am - 6:00pm or 4:00pm - 11:00pm. Workdays vary Sun-Sat.

Special Requirements

Must be able to read, write and speak in proficient English.
