Server/server Assistant

Job description

Server/Server Assistants will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages), complete side work (clean service areas, refill table condiments, tidy menus, restock beverage and server station), clear tables, and keep station areas clean. Supply clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in the dining room. Assist at the bar as needed. Pour and mix drinks for members and guests. Assist with set-up, cleaning, opening/closing, and stocking/restocking of restaurant/food and beverage area. This is a rotational position where workers rotate through different shifts performing different combinations of the duties outlined above.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am – 5:00pm, 2:00pm – 9:00pm, or 3:00pm – 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
