Job description
Assists mason to lay stone/brick/block/tile with mortar, using masonry tools. Mix/apply concrete; move concrete/gravel by wheelbarrow and by hand. Lift/carry/hold materials/tools/supplies; clean equipment/work areas; use hand/power tools and equipment; lift/position forms/panels; load/unload equipment from trucks.
Special Requirements
This job requires three months of previous experience in masonry construction. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
