Job description
Front Desk Associates will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, taking reservations, distributing hotel information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00AM-3:00PM, 3:00PM-11:00PM, or 12:00PM-8:00PM. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club.
