Move landscape materials and other materials, such as firewood, to and from trucks and storage areas by hand or by using pick-up trucks, tractors, dollies or wheelbarrows. Screen and mix landscape materials, such as dirt, gravel, bark and mulch. Perform physical activities including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking and stopping. Operate mechanized equipment and driving vehicles, such as wheel loaders, pick-up trucks that are less than 26,001 Ibs., excavators and buildozers to load, unload, mix and move landscape materials, such as those listed above. Drive a pick-up truck less than 26,001 Ibs. to perform deliveries of equipment, materials, to obtain parts and supplies and to transport personnel. Stack commercial firewood in a shed and perform landscaping maintenance at an industrial yard, such as trimming bushes, blowing leaves, weeding, trimming foliage and mowing grass. Perform cleaning on the inside and outside of the buildings using brooms, mops, squeegees and power washers. Chop wood with a log splitter or an axe. Clean and prepare job sites using shovels and brooms to clear sawdust, woodchips, snow and dirt. Load and unload materials used in construction.

Perform physical activities including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and stopping. Operate mechanized equipment and driving vehicles such as wheel loaders, trucks, excavators, and bulldozers to load, unload, mix, and move landscape materials and associated products. Drive straight truck to perform deliveries of equipment, materials, obtain parts and supplies and transport personnel. Stack commercial firewood shed and perform landscaping maintenance and industrial yard and building cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned. Chop wood, maintain fuel in fuel cells and equipment assist with maintenance of equipment and tools, clean and prepare job sites, shovel and seep sawdust, woodchips, snow and other materials, load or unload material used in construction or extraction and protect structures or surfaces near work areas to avoid damage.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without assistance.
Possess valid current drivers license authorizing employee to operate a straight truck of less than 1.5 tons.
Have basic knowledge of operation and maintenance of heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, masticators, wheel loaders and dump trucks, hand tools and power tools.
Ability to operate mechanized equipment and drive vehicles such as wheel loaders, trucks, excavators, and bulldozers to load, unload, mix, and move landscape materials and associated products.
Must be able to understand oral instructions and requests given in English, as well as understand written English instructions.
