Job description
This Housekeeping personnel is responsible for keeping storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy. Carrying linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts. Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met. Emptying wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Sweeping floors, using brooms, mops. Replenishing supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items. Vacuuming rugs, carpets, and dusting furniture. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. Sanitizing equipment and supplies. Observing necessary precautions required to protect guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Sorting, counting, and marking clean linens and store them in linen closets. Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses. Answer telephones and doorbells. Replace light bulbs. Deliver ironing boards, baby cribs, and rollaway beds to guests' rooms. Remove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool areas. Washing dishes and cleaning kitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware. Dispose of trash or waste materials. Must greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing. Must be flexible, communicate effectively, speak clear English, be a team player.

The employees will work Monday-Sunday, an average of 35 hours per week. Must be able to work up to 7 hours per shift within the hours of 9am to 6pm any day of the week. Days off rotate, shifts vary, weekends a must. Workers will be paid biweekly.
