Job description
Prep residence, office or other site for relocation of household goods or office items; items can be heavy & will need to be relocated using stairs, 4-wheel dollies, 2-wheel hand trucks and liftgates & trained lifting/carrying techniques to promote employee safety; most items will either be packed into cardboard containers with various types of protective paper or wrapped using various protective materials to promote safe relocation via moving van. Pre-trip inspection of trucks; drive vehicle (under capacity of 26,000 lbs) for which the individual is licensed, authorized, & certified for. Supervise loading and unloading, packing and unpacking of cartons.
Special Requirements
Monday-Saturday, schedule varies, additional overtime varies. Able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to have or obtain a valid non-CDL drivers license.
