Job description
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), trimmer, edger, backpack blower, wheel barrel, broom, rake, shovel, spade. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks which may include a combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, aerating, seedings, weeding, mulching and raking. Work will generally be performed 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, but weekends may be required depending on the weather. OT may be available but is not guaranteed.
Special Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis. Willing to work weekends when necessary, depending on weather.
