Job description
Answer phone and inquire related to any service or billing/invoices. Type/word processing and office machines operation. Check mailing, make deposits on bank branch's office. Keeping track of all bank statements updating balance in a daily basis. Billing - compile, compute and record account, statistical and other numeric data for billing purpose. Invoices - computing costs and calculating rates for goods, services, posting date and keep other important records for invoices purpose. Reconcile discrepancies in records and accounts. Filling all documents on a daily basis. Possible O/T 0-5 hr wk, O/T vary per wk. Employer provide transportation in order to perform job duties. Discretionary bonus may be given at employers discretion. Wage range based on experience or performance.
