Job description
Front desk agents are responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel; issuing keys; assigning rooms; taking cash and credit card payments; making reservations in person and on the phone; assisting guests with questions about the hotel and local area; and answering phones. Must be friendly and effective when communicating with guests. Work is supervised. 5 days on the job training provided.
Special Requirements
Lift/carry up to 30 pounds. Must be capable of frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking and carrying. Monday Sunday with varying days. Workers will work 5 days a week with weekends required. Employer paid drug test is Post Accident.
