Job description

Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities. Measure, mark, or
record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed. Dig
ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications,
using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes. Load, unload, or identify building materials,
machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or
specifications. Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or
other temporary structures. Place, consolidate, or protect case-in-place concrete or masonry
structures. Mix, pour, or spread concrete, using portable cement mixers.

Special Requirements

No minimum education requirement. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is
required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with
monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding
tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 60 pounds, as well as standing or walking for long periods on uneven terrain. Must be able to speak, understand, and
read English at a basic level of literacy. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. C
