Job description
Overview: The Crop Technician supports various departments that directly impact crop growth and performance. This role involves working in seeding, transplanting, general growing activities, and sanitation. Attention to detail, organization, and adherence to food safety protocols are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with seeding and transplanting crops to ensure healthy growth.
• Perform general growing activities, such as watering, pruning, and monitoring plant health.
• Support sanitation tasks to maintain a clean and compliant environment.
• Follow food safety regulations and company procedures.
• Keep work areas organized and efficient for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to support greenhouse production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to crop performance and facility upkeep.
