Job description
Cooks, assists with preparation of a variety of food products according to the menu, including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetable, sauces and stocks accounting to standard recipes. Set up and break down cooking line, gathering all supplies needed to prepare meals. Covers, dates and stores all leftover re-usable products. Recommend maintenance and repair as needed.
Special Requirements
Schedule varies, rotating shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm, 40 hours/week. Overtime varies. The days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling, but will generally be 5 days per week with rotating days off. The business is open 7 days per week and weekend work will be required. REQUIRED TO STAND FOR LONG PERIODS AND WALK, CLIMB STAIRS, BALANCE, STOOP, KNEEL, CROUCH, BEND. PUSH, PULL AND LIFT UP TO 50LBS.
