Job description
Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, and serving food and beverages. Servers will perform general side-work, such as polishing silverware, folding napkins, preparing rollups, checking center pieces (oil lanterns, flowers), wiping down surface areas and menus, preparing place settings, cleaning of dining venue (sweeping, mopping, dusting, resetting of table and chairs), restocking Server area, sanitizing fountain machines, restocking refrigerators, refilling condiments, operating point-of-sale systems, having menu knowledge per venue, cleaning and clearing tables. Servers will also be required to fulfill serving standards such as maintaining professional appearance, sequence of service, and service etiquette. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00AM - 3:00PM, 10:00AM - 5:00PM, or 4:00PM - 11:00PM. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employer's expense. Post-employment drug screenings are completed based on suspicion of use.
