Job description
Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, calculating chits (tickets or orders printed from the point-of-sale system), completing payment processing, cleaning service areas, restocking service stations, completing side-work such as: rolling silverware, making accoutrements for dishes, refilling condiments, prepping garnishes, polishing glassware, napkin inventory, organizing, re-stocking, prepping for next shift, labeling inventory, and clearing tables.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:30am – 2:30pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm, or 2:00pm – 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employer's expense.
