Job description
Food Servers will be responsible for providing food and beverage service to club members and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, greeting and acknowledging members and guests, distributing food, dessert, and wine menus, relaying information, answering questions, and providing suggestions regarding the menus, buffet, and wine list, timing the service of each course, learning members’ names and their special preferences, setting up side station, including preparing beverage dispensers, filling ice bins, wrapping serving utensils, stocking napkins, straws, and condiments, performing assigned side work such as rolling napkins, polishing silverware, ensuring stations are clean and ready for the next shift, filling glasses with ice water, ensuring billing accuracy and processing payments, placing orders with kitchen and informing cooks about any special cooking instructions, assembling food on tray, checking back to ensure member and guest satisfaction, replenishing water and butter as necessary, clearing tables after each course and resetting them with appropriate silverware, clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables that have been vacated, and escalating member and guest complaints to supervisor. Food Servers will need to consistently push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00AM-6:00PM, 1:00PM-9:00PM, or 2:00PM-10:00PM. Shift hours may vary.

Please also note that the Petitioner's Food Server position is the same position as the Server position that was certified in 2024; the Petitioner just changed the position title and elaborated on the job duties to be more in line with the internal references to the position. There were no substantive changes to the application since 2024.
Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of restaurant service experience at a high-end restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club.
Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense.
Applicant must be at least 18 years or older to dispense or serve alcoholic beverages according to Colorado Law.
