Job description
Service Attendants/Bussers will be responsible for setting tables, carrying trays and plates, preparing orders, verifying appropriate silverware and condiments, cleaning and clearing tables, restocking service stations, completing side-work such as: rolling silverware, making accoutrements for dishes, refilling condiments, prepping garnishes, polishing glassware, napkin inventory, organizing, re-stocking, prepping for next shift, and taking orders or requests, placing the requests into the POS system, prepping orders and ensuring the delivery service is accurate, and collecting used dishes from rooms, beach and spa, and serving water, beverages and coffee to customers.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:30am – 2:30pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm, or 2:00pm – 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employer's expense.
