Job description

Takes and serves food and beverage orders. Duties may include preparation and serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages. Carries out miscellaneous cleaning performed by the server in between serving courses to guests in preparation for serving additional courses so that the table area is clean and presentable, wiping and polishing and/or presentation breakdown tasks performed by the server in between serving courses to guests in preparation for serving additional courses so that the table area is cleared in order to create space on the table for serving additional courses, including setting tables, and removing dishes. May be required to serve customers via golf cart performed by the server in order to provide service of food when a guest decides to dine in an outdoor environment in order to expedite service of food and meals that are served to guests in outdoor dining facilities.
