Job description
Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foodstuffs in restaurants. Chop and cut
fresh vegetables and fruits. May order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on menu, or plan menu.
Observe recipe guidelines and sanitation procedures.

Special Requirements
EMPLOYER REQUIRES POST-EMPLOYMENT POLICE CLEARANCE AND POST-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING TO BE CARRIED OUT EQUALLY BETWEEN THE U.S. WORKERS AND THE H-2B WORKERS. ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.
