Job description
Serves meals to patrons in formal setting; presents menus, suggests courses/wines; answers questions on food
preparation; writes order on check and relays it to kitchen; serves courses from kitchen/bars; garnishes dishes
before serving; observes diners to respond to any request and determine when meal has been completed;
maintains cleanliness on the dining tables, before and after meal; presents bill for payment.
