Job description
Take beverage order; prepares mixed drinks and serves the same; cleans bar area; may be required to take food
orders and make knowledgeable recommendations regarding wines and other products; requisition and display
liquor and supplies; must keep bar area clean and work under strictly enforced state code.May be required to
server customers via bar cart.
*Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 40 hrs./wk.; O/T as needed; variable shifts Wed-Sun; shifts may vary: 12pm-9pm; as advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting requirements for prospective workers under the H-2B program.
