Job description
Perform various tasks in the kitchen as directed by supervisors such as cooking, food preparation, and dishwashing. Food that will be cooked/prepared includes: soup, tacos, wings, salads, burritos, sandwiches, steamed seafood, burgers, hotdogs, mac and cheese, French fries, potatoes, and rice. Will be working in a fast-paced hot kitchen. Standing job. Must be attentive, friendly, on time, and hard working. Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 20 pounds. Position includes cleaning: Wipe down counters, sweep and mop floors, empty trash, empty recyclables into recycle bins, break down cardboard boxes, wash and clean mats, send dirty dishes to the dishwasher. Wipe and clean all equipment such as flat top grill, steamers, and fryers (empty oil when necessary). Keep coolers, freezers, and stockrooms neat and organized. Cleaning all dishes, baskets, pots and pans that come their way and put away clean items. Having a clean kitchen is a top priority and all must do their part. Must be able to communicate well in English with co-workers.

Standing job. Must be attentive, friendly, on time, and hard working. Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 20 pounds.
DAYS AND SHIFTS MAY VARY. HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, AND EVENINGS REQUIRED AS NEEDED.
EMPLOYER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PAY A HIGHER WAGE, RATE, OR BONUS TO ANY WORKER IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION BASED ON PERFORMANCE, SKILL, TENURE, OR EXPERIENCE.
EMPLOYER IS OFFERING UP TO 20 HOURS OF OVERTIME PER WEEK AS NEEDED, BUT NOT GUARANTEED.
OPTIONAL EMPLOYER HOUSING IS AVAILABLE AT A COST OF $125 PER WEEK.
A pre-employment CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE EMPLOYER'S EXPENSE.
EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE PAID ON THE JOB TRAINING.
OPTIONAL MEAL PLAN AVAILABLE FOR $22/WEEK.
