Bartender

Job description

Take beverage order; prepares mixed drinks and serves the same; cleans bar area; may be
required to take food orders and make knowledgeable recommendations regarding wines and other products;
requisition and display liquor and supplies; must keep bar area clean and work under strictly enforced state code.

*Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 35 hrs./wk.; O/T as needed; Shifts may vary: variable shifts 7 days a week: 7am-6pm; as
advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting
requirements for prospective workers under the H-2B program.
