Job description
Maintain a clean restaurant kitchen; wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand; place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas; keep dish area free of clutter and organized; sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks; maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift; sort and remove trash; stock supplies, such as utensils, in serving stations, kitchen shelves and cupboards.
Special Requirements
The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business. The employer is open 5 days per week. Employees will work 5 days per week 3:00pm 11:00pm and will receive rotating days off but must be available to work all shifts. Approximately 35 hours per week.
