Job description

**RFI Response Job Duties**
The workers will be doing traditional fast food cooking. Our employees cook for summer camps, and use grills, broilers, ovens, deep fryers, etc. to make variety of food (those requiring a short preparation time) including but not limited to: burgers, french fries, chicken tenders/nuggets, pasta, on occasion they cook salmon or tilapia. Workers prepare and cook beef, chicken, fish, and a wide range of vegetables to make various meals in the style of “fast food” and food items for summer camp cafeterias.

**Original Job Duties**
Assist with food preparation as directed, operating food production equipment such as grills, broilers and deep-fat fryers. Prepare foods such as sandwiches, salads, and dressings according to customer specification. Arrange table settings and fold napkins to restaurant standards. Clear, clean, and sanitize tables. Maintain and sanitize workstations. Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and containers and return to appropriate locations in kitchen. Follow saftey and sanitation guidelines and regulations to ensure food quality.

Special Requirements

Requires three months of food service experience. Must lift/carry 25 lbs., when necessary. Must be available for two shifts. Standard workweek is 4 days per week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers.
