Job description
Job duties may include but are not limited to: Open and close food stands. Simple cooking and selling food to customers at events. Work with cooking equipment such as fryers, grills, etc. Take orders from customer, receive payment, and make change. Cleaning, prepping, stocking, setting up/tearing down of food trailers. Maintain clean work area. . Abide by all health department rules and regulations. May drive company vehicles. Live in shared housing and travel to various work sites. On the job training.
Special Requirements
Lift 50 lbs, basic math skills to make change for cash purchases, willingness to travel and work weekends and holidays, willingness to live in shared housing.
Approximately 40 hrs/wk, 11a-11p, M-Sun, some events may require 50 - 60hours/wk. Hours/workdays may vary depending on location. 30 minute lunch break.
