Lawn Maintenance Crew Helper

Job description

Use hand/power tools to maintain lawns, dig holes and trenches using hand tools with a max depth/width of 3 ft to install sprinkler systems and/or plants, lay sod & plant. May operate motorized vehicles. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Post Hire/Employer Paid Drug Test. Optional advance pay of $200 for settling expenses. Optional healthcare $38.24/$48.48, dental & vision at $10.12/$11.45. Voluntary Life, Disability, Accident: Depends on coverage starting at $4.65. Optional housing, utilities & final cleaning fee at $130 per week if available (subject to change based on local inflation). Optional maintenance/cleaning uniform service of $3.30 - $4.79 (depending on size). Transportation available for first 2 days of work. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Dallas, TX. 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
