Server Captain

Job description

Oversee serving staff during set up, serving and clearing; train new servers on the floor;
build/maintain rapport with the guests; assume servers duties as required, particularly
in the service of special guests of honor
and VIPs; required to set an exemplary example and to ensure the highest level of service that
is provided by the resort serving staff.

*Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 40 hrs./wk.; O/T as needed; Variable shifts Tuesday to Sunday, 10:30am-6:30pm; 3pm-11pm, as advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting requirements for prospective workers under the H-2B program.

Special Requirements

THE 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN BOX F.A.9, CONTEMPLATES 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS A SERVER OR SENIOR SERVER IN HOSPITALITY SETTING.

OTHER REQUIREMENT: ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.
