Job description

Taulelle Concessions is a traveling concessionaire to various fairs and festivals. Workers dip and fry corndogs, serve hot dogs, cotton candy, fry cheese curds, serve popcorn from popcorn popper, and serve beverages. Kitchen utensils used are tongs, spatulas, scoops, pots, pans, knives, and batter whips. Simple cooking and selling food to customers at festivals and county/state fairs. Work with cooking equipment such as fryers, grills, etc. Take orders from customer, receive payment, and make change. Cleaning, prepping, stocking. Maintain clean work area. Live in shared housing and travel to various work sites. On the job training.

Special Requirements

Lift 60 lbs, employment reference

Approximately 40 hrs/wk, 10a-12a, M-Sun. Some weeks may have over 60 hrs/wk. Shift/hours/workdays may vary depending on event. 30 min lunch break.
