Job description

Lead Bartender/Servers will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to guests, greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving snacks or food items to guests, completing all orders using a POS (point-of-sale) system, collecting payment, cleaning glasses and bar equipment, clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, and ensuring that the bar and work areas are clean and well-stocked. Lead Bartender/Servers will also be responsible for verifying customers’ ages for purchase of alcohol. Lead Bartender/Servers will check with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and take action to correct any problem as well as assisting with front-of-house operations, mentoring staff, ensure smooth dining services, lead by example in providing exceptional service and maintaining a positive work environment, and assisting in completing weekly and monthly inventories. There will be no autonomous supervision of workers at any time.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
