Job description

Laborers will be responsible for preparing surfaces for sealing and paving, including cleaning, trimming, and removing catch basins, applying liquid sealcoat and crack seal to pavement surfaces using a squeegee or spray wand, installing asphalt using a rake, shovel or wheelbarrow, shoveling, raking, brooming, and tamping asphalt, using small power tools like blowers and pavement saws, assisting with placing, moving, and removing signs, barricades, and cones, cleaning up job sites after work is completed, and adhering to safety requirements and procedures, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a professional setting involving physical labor.
