Job description
General agricultural irrigation work, including but not limited to: Install or repair irrigation
systems, irrigation equipment, grain bins, grain handling equipment, and other agricultural
systems on farms. This could include installing or repairing underground pipe, irrigation pumps,
irrigation wells, center pivot systems, grain bins, loop systems, grain augers, grain belts,
electric motors, and any other agricultural equipment on farms. Workers will also be required to
operate and maintain equipment and vehicles owned or leased by the company such as
backhoes, track hoes, bulldozers, forklifts, cranes, pump trucks, drill rigs, trenchers, and
tractors. Workers will need to use hand tools, power tools, and other tools. Workers will be
responsible for maintaining and cleaning any properties owned or leased by the company.
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of
operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug
screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Workers must have
positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Must be able to speak, understand, and read English at a basic level of literacy. Employees must
adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of
