Job description

Lead Servers will be responsible for managing and participating in event and banquet set up, execution, and breakdown, which includes setting up and breaking down tables and chairs, serving and mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for event guests, serving food, maintaining cleanliness of work spaces and event spaces, assisting in office tasks such as inventory and printing banquet event orders, labels, and menus, ensuring that all employees have uniforms from inventory for events, delivering drop-off food orders to clients, unloading catering orders from company vehicle, setting up catering orders at client sites, and loading company vehicles with inventory needed for events. May supervise up to four (4) Servers. Supervisory duties include delegating tasks to servers to ensure events are set up and cleaned up properly, serving food and beverage, and ensuring that other servers are on task and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 12:00PM - 8:00PM, 2:00PM - 10:00PM, or 3:00PM - 11:00PM. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private-club.
