Job description

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, mulching, spreading topsoil, removing debris, clearing brush. Workers to provide proper upkeep of trails, cabin exteriors, and other grounds features as follows: Employees will maintain pedestrian trails along the river access. In doing so the employees will use shovels, rakes, string, trimmers, and hand brush, clippers. Cabin exterior portion of the job includes power washing, front porch, cleaning, general raking leaves around buildings. Employees will repair hand tools, fueling, and restringing string trimmers. Workers will repair fences using be using hand or power tools as within the OES Description for 37-3011.00 (Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers) specifically “Maintain or repair tools, equipment, or structures, such as buildings, greenhouses, fences, or benches, using hand or power tools”. Employees will be asked to clean ranch vehicles, they will be provided a Ranch Hand flatbed pick up, and an ATV that will be cleaned once a week using standard cleaning supplies for the interior and exterior of vehicles. Entry level; requires supervision.

Special Requirements

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid post-hire post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
