Job description
Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. May take orders from customers and serve patrons at counters or tables. Accept payments and make change or write charge slips as necessary. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, including wash, peel, cut, prepare/grill/cook/fry foods. Clean kitchen equipment and work areas. Stock service areas with supplies and ingredients, empty trash and perform assorted side duties.
Special Requirements
Requires three months of previous commercial kitchen cooking experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Work schedule is at least 6 days/week to include Friday, Saturday and Sunday with multiple shifts offered: Morning Shift 10AM-6PM, Evening Shift 2PM-10:30AM, Prep Shift 5AM-1PM. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
