Job description
Detassel corn: (100% time) Use clippers to carefully remove the tassels from live corn plants in the field left behind by the machine. Safety gear will be provided for work. Employees will work in all weather except when there is a lightening threat. Sort seed corn to remove defective ears and debris from the line.
Work days and hours can vary.
There will be a 2 day training and transition period between field work and sorting.
